How to Measure Your Head for the Right Helmet
A Guide to Sizing and Standard Measurements

Prepare a flexible measuring tape: Use a tailor’s tape or any flexible measuring tape that
conforms to the shape of the head.
Measure around the widest part of the head: Place the tape about 2.5cm above your
eyebrows and around the highest point of your ears, passing the tape over the fullest part
of the back of your head. Ensure the tape is level and neither too loose nor too tight.
Record the measurement: Read the measurement at the point where the tape meets.
It is important to take the measurement several times for maximum accuracy.
